Method
Collaborative partnerships: Work with NGOs and educational organizations across Armenia, Spain, Serbia, Hungary, and Italy to jointly write grants, ensuring mutual goals are met and resources are effectively shared.
Training programs and youth exchanges: Organize 8-day training programs or youth exchanges, allowing participants to engage in activities that broaden their cultural and professional perspectives.
Long-term engagement: Foster partnerships that last beyond the initial exchange, encouraging continued collaboration between institutions, sharing knowledge, and implementing joint projects.
Volunteer Tasks:
Assist in the organization of events and exchanges, ensuring all logistical aspects are handled.
Promote Erasmus+ opportunities within local communities and schools.
Support participants during training programs, assisting with translation, documentation, and other coordination tasks.
Expert Tasks:
Develop and deliver specialized workshops during the training programs.
Provide mentorship and guidance to participants in their areas of expertise.
Aid in writing grant proposals and ensuring the sustainability of the Erasmus+ partnerships.
