- Guided Design: Helping participants design and implement small-scale social actions.
- Encouraging participants to move from ideology to execution by starting their own projects that address local issues.
Volunteer Tasks:
- Participate in the workshop, complete the lessons, and attend meetings with experienced IDEA members.
- Design and launch small community projects that reflect personal passions or address local challenges.
Expert Tasks:
- Guide participants in using basic computing tools for applying transparency and tracking project outcomes.
- Provide advice on improving ideas and assist participants in evaluating the feasibility of their initiatives.
- Assist in organizing the workshop, ensuring that participants receive the most useful and applicable advice.
