Cultural Immersion: Organizing workshops on Greek and Japanese traditions (e.g., cooking, calligraphy) and facilitating cultural exchange activities to foster deeper connections between participants and the local community.


Social Initiatives: Involving participants in various social action activities such as beach cleanups, volunteering at schools, orphanages, and preparing meals for the homeless.

Personal Development Workshops: Led by the founder of IDEA, these workshops will guide participants in their personal growth and social action, helping them develop ideas for projects with long-term impact.


Lasting Impact: Providing ongoing guidance after the program to assist participants in implementing their project ideas in their home countries, ensuring long-term social change.


Volunteer Responsibilities:


  • Supporting the facilitation of cultural workshops and assisting participants in interacting with local community members.
  • Coordinating logistics for social action activities, such as organizing volunteer programs for cleanups and meal preparation.
  • Assisting with documentation, capturing photos and feedback from the daily activities.

Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Teaching specialized workshops on Greek gastronomy, traditional calligraphy, or other relevant cultural practices.
  • Guiding participants in the process of designing and executing their community projects.
  • Evaluating the program's impact and providing recommendations to enhance participants' learning and community involvement.
